By completing payment, you agree to the following:
- By entering through this checkout, you are agreeing to purchase a place in High Flyers for twelve months. This is NOT a subscription, it is a one time agreement. The payment plan is for your convenience only. The total amount on the first date of purchase is the amount you are agreeing to pay in full.
- All payments are non refundable.
- No refunds are given if you choose not to use this program. If you disengage part way through your year, your remaining balance is still due (choosing not to use your support does not constitute a refund).
- Late payments may incur additional fees and services may be paused until payments are up to date.
- You agree not to initiate chargebacks and accept responsibility for any debt recovery, legal, or collection costs incurred.
- Results will be determined by the work you put in, and therefore are not guaranteed. You accept full responsibility for your participation and outcomes.
- All program materials remain the intellectual property of Michelle Rule Pty Ltd and are for personal use only.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
