What the masterclass is about
You already know what to do with money.
You've done the courses and read the books. What holds the number in place is the woman doing it. She's still pricing, asking and deciding as the woman who has what she has right now.
A woman who has changed what she believes she is worth charges differently. She sends the ask. She stops discounting, stops waiting to be chosen, and stops leaving money sitting in four places at once.

This is what I see in women who do this work. You notice it in your business first.
- You price from what it is worth. Not from what you hope she will say yes to, and you say the number without a sentence of justification after it.
- You send it the same day you think of it. The invoice, the follow up, the pitch, the rate rise.
- Money moves on purpose. It lands where you chose and goes out where you chose, because you are running it rather than gripping it.
- You stop waiting to be picked. You choose yourself first, so the waiting has nothing left to attach to.
- You know your number, and it is yours. Built from what you actually value, so it pulls you forward.
- Your money thermostat rises. The number that used to feel like a stretch becomes where you sit.
- When things wobble, you read it correctly. The week everything shakes is the week you keep going.
Who it's for
Women who already earn well, and know it could be considerably more.
Nothing is on fire. You are good at what you do and you are paid for it. The quiet thing is that the number has not moved much in a while, and somewhere you already know it is not a strategy problem.
You want to be in a room where making more is normal, where nobody flinches at the number, and where nobody asks you to be reasonable about what you are building.
