Where the burn number comes from
Take the gap. Not your whole Financial Freedom Number, just the part you have not built yet. Grow it at 8% a year, divide by twelve.
That is what the unbuilt part of your empire would be paying you every month, if it existed. You are not earning it, because it does not exist yet. Every month you do not start is a month that growth does not happen, and it never comes back.
Not starting is a choice. This is the number on the price tag.
Most women track income. Income is the input.
Net wealth is the result, and it is the only number that tells you where you actually stand. Mine started at minus thirty thousand dollars.
Today I hold an asset base of $8.3 million, and my net wealth is $7.5 million. Those are two different numbers, and the difference between them is exactly what this calculator shows you.
You cannot build an empire without knowing where the empire currently stands.
